I’ve discovered one of the most healing remedies our world has to offer. Nature offers some of the most submersive, transformative, and healing experiences a human can gift themselves.
In 2011, I released a book centered on the “Divine Music” of Nature. The 432hZ frequency that Nature vibrates at and how and why it is so important to ‘harmonize’ with it.
Nature, like everything else in our universe, resonates in step or phase with an externally applied oscillatory force. Resonance was first investigated in acoustical systems such as musical instruments and the human voice. An example of acoustical resonance is the vibration induced in a violin or piano string of a given pitch when a musical note of the same pitch is sung or played nearby. [Britanica]
I quote a passage here from a book by Olga Kharitidi, a Russian psychiatrist, regarding the nature of man. The passage says that ‘the human being is a dual being and in the scientific paradigm of physics today, he is both a particle and a wave. [In relationship to the Zero Point Field of quantum physics]. The human being sees himself as particle-based and thus an individual, but he is in fact a waveform and thus can connect to all things.’ What she is saying here is that man is a physical body (particle) but is in fact a spiritual Being (wave). As a ‘wave’ in this context, man the individual is also part of the collective consciousness, in touch with it in its entirety. The problem is, that man has fallen away from his awareness of himself as a ‘wave’ in this context and the next evolution of the species is the recovery of this concept and his ‘resurrection’ as a spiritual Being. The rediscovery of interconnectedness with all things.

I spent a great deal of time in the early 2000’s researching sound vibrations, frequency, and resonance. At the time, I partnered with Richard Merick, a scientist and the author of the book Interfearance, A Grand Scientific Musical Theory. [A must read.] In one of the articles he agreed to write for my website he stated:
“The ‘particle/wave’ concept gave me the clue about a new particle in the human collective which is also a wave, and the NEW particle, which has not existed before in the collective is the next step in the evolution of the spiritual collective- consciousness and it will go on as a wave to reach all parts of the collective and as such it is building a bridge within it for all Beings to cross to the new level of spiritual evolution for the species. It will reach out like a great spider’s web to resonate with the entire collective via its wave-form (resonant frequency). This new particle will be permeating the collective and building a bridge to other Beings by ‘catalytic proximity’ and the resonant wave duality factor of the Beings… this is very much in the nature of the Zero Point Field.”
The law of resonance states:
- To resonate is to vibrate in sympathy.
- Sympathy is the condition where one thing responds to the action of another with affinity or correlation.
- Frequency is the number of vibrations in a unit of time.
- Vibration is oscillation … to change to and fro rapidly.
- Resonant Frequency is the condition where two bodies or systems have the same sympathetic vibration one to the other. In this instance, size is not relevant, only the resonant frequency.
It must also be noted that the law states that it is the state of a system or body in which a large vibration is produced by a small stimulus of approximately the same frequency as that of the system.
All evolution is triggered by a mutation of one member of a species which is passed to other members of the species by the genes and DNA.
As carbon-water clusters fit together to form cells, organs and bodies, life assumes a range of organic shapes. Nature’s geometry is not strictly a matter of natural selection and random mutation. Atomic resonance is also at work, guiding the formation of different life forms into a limited number of possibilities which are then differentiated further by environment.
The first step in understanding harmonic resonance patterns is to study cymatic patterns created by vibrating sand or water.
Cymatics
Cymatics is the study of sound and vibration made visible, typically on the surface of a plate, diaphragm or membrane. Direct ocular viewing of vibrations involves exciting inorganic matter such as particulate matter, pastes (both magnetic and non magnetic) and liquids under the influence of sound, although recent research has extended the range of media to include organic matter and the range of viewing has been extended to include the light microscope.

The generic term for this field of science is the study of ‘modal phenomena, named ‘Cymatics’ by Hans Jenny, a Swiss medical doctor and a pioneer in this field. The word ‘Cymatics’ derives from the Greek ‘kuma’ meaning ‘billow’ or ‘wave,’ to describe the periodic effects that sound and vibration has on matter.
A simple experiment demonstrating the visualization of cymatics can be done by sprinkling sand on a metal plate and vibrating the plate, for example by drawing a violin bow along the edge, the sand will then form itself into standing wave patterns such as simple concentric circles. The higher the frequency, the more complex the shapes produced, with certain shapes having similarities to traditional mandala designs.
Harmonic Waves and Geometry
Harmony of form is the inevitable self-organization process of nature. As harmonic waves reflect inside round containers, they assume the same proportional shapes found in musical harmony – a bi-lateral symmetry of harmonic proportion. Sacred geometry is nothing less than the visualization of physical musical concepts.
To find our deepest connection to nature, we need look no further than the geometry of the human body. It is at the apex of creation, reflecting the beauty of the cosmos and embodying the order of its physics Yet in spite of this self-evident truth, we still have very little understanding about why our bodies are shaped the way they are and how that might be connected with the evolution of human consciousness and society.

One of the most astonishing discoveries I made was the realization that the same hidden geometry can be found in our own DNA. Humans materialize into form no different than everything else in our reality.
The Truth: We and nature are one and the same. We, you and I, are one. Our cell structure and the material of our cells are the same as that found on the most distant star in our universe. We are interconnected to the macro and micro of our seemingly separate identities.
Our natural surroundings vibrate at a frequency of 432Hz. Those who spend little time in nature may find themselves out of balance and in a greater state of chaos. Spending time harmonizing (resonating) with the 432hZ frequency, one may discover a sort of interruption much like a skip in a vinyl record. A rediscovery moment may surface. Over the last 40 years of my adventurous life, I have seen many profound transformations in such a way.

Nature Transforms
Some of the most transformative experiences I have seen have caused individuals to shockingly open their eyes to truths they had never uncovered about life and reality.
‘The longer the trip, the more healing occurs,’ says geologist Peter Winn. Peter has been leading expeditions down the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon since the 1960s. ‘Healing happens for people almost without exception.’ he says.
Studies by the a research team at Japan’s Nippon Medical School show that just three days and two nights in a wooded place increase the immune system functions that boost feelings of wellbeing for up to seven days. The same amount of time in a built environment has no such effect. Human response includes increased awe, greater relaxation, restored attention, and boosted vitality. Health outcomes on the receiving end of the pathway are astounding: enhanced immunity, including reduced cardiovascular disease, fewer migraines, and lowered anxiety, to name but a few. According to Frances Ming Kuo , the lead author of the University of Illinois review: ‘The cumulative effect could be quite large even if many of the individual pathways contribute only a small effect.’
I once took a trip down the Grand Canyon on a raft myself. I hiked from the South Rim to Phantom Ranch, boarded a raft for three days, and met some of the most common people in some of the most extraordinary nature I have ever experienced.
After a few days, you really get to know your fellow passengers. One woman I connected with had just lost her husband. He was one of the Chief Officers for Coca-Cola in Atlanta, Georga. The woman had never ventured far from her civilized life. After her husband’s passing, she was encouraged to join a friend on a canyon trip. Over the course of these few days, I witnessed her complete transformation. It was truly astonishing.

On another excursion to reconnect with nature, I participated in a group submersion exercise. Several of us were asked to lay on massage tables that had been set up in a meadow. The rest were asked to use our personal intuition to energetically feel where there might be dis-ease in the person laying on the table before us. We were then asked to tone [use our voice to hum a vibration] toward that region of the body where we suspected the dis-ease. I worked on a woman I had never met and suspected an issue with her left foot. As I toned in that area, the woman began to cry and then sob. I worked on her for about an hour in various parts of her body. When I was done, her original face and skin color which had been a sickly greenish tint was now flush with rosie color. She shared a story about her life with me that helped me make a connection to all the areas of her body my intuition had suspected an imbalance. My efforts had helped her release emotional trauma that was manifesting in her body physically.
As a member of the Mankind Project [MKP] I participated in a weekend event called The New Warrior Training Adventure. The course required a complete submersion in nature. In those few days, I witnessed countless eye-opening transformations. Men of all walks of life, in all age ranges–from 18 to 83–were beside me in the course. Everyone, including the seemingly toughest hard-edged men in the course, became completely vulnerable and open and disclosed some of the deepest secrets of their lives–things that were buried deep came to the surface and were released. It was remarkable.

Connecting with nature can be a powerful tool in both solo experiences and in groups. They each offer different opportunities to find your personal truth.
It is of no surprise why I am such a strong advocate for Nature appreciation, conservation, and human harmonization with the 432hZ Divine Music of Nature. If you’ve been a regular viewer of my YouTube channel videos, you may have seen me often spending time alone in nature. This is because my sanctuary, my church if you will, is a cathedral of forest trees or towering Saguaro cacti. Here I feel I can make a connection with a more profound state of being. I’ve found the greatest resolve in some of the most challenging times of my life when I retreated to the peace and solitude of nature. This is where I have rediscovered my personal truth–my interconnection to all things seen and unseen, realized and yet to be discovered.
