Soo....I did a thing. I went out and bought a new Ford Ranger XLT FX4.
The plan is to make this my overland rig and enjoy the wilderness this year (and escape the AZ heat!!!!).
Is is 100% stock as of yet and that will change as time goes on. I plan to update this post with pics of the changes that I make as I go. Is anyone else using the new ranger for overlanding in the group?

I am working in Phoenix so I am building it out here. I already have the bed rack, mud tracks, bumpers, tent, winch, and lift on order. Everything seems to be taking its sweet time arriving though. I am so excited to get this project off the ground!
