New Forum Features Added

Per your requests:

I've added a Private Message plug-in so you may now communicate with one another directly. Please consider that if you have something to share, do so with kindness. Also, if it may be relevant to other members consider posting it publicly.

I also added a new Forum section called Travel Talk. This section is for chat about travel-related subjects not covered by the other forum categories.

Note: if you have suggestions, it is easiest for me to keep track of them by having you fill out the form on the Suggestion Box page. I can find them here also, but going forward I think it will be more of an organizational mess if they are posted here. Thanks.
