As it's becoming more likely that I'll be able to take a trip out to New York (state) this fall - all depending on how smart that looks healthwise - I had to google up where Sag Harbor is. We're headed for Henderson Harbor but those two places couldn't be farther apart & still be in New York.
I've always been interested in Long Island culturally because it's not upstate and it's not the City.. seems like it's a bit of the country that rarely makes much noise. If you have anything to share about the area whether geological or human interest I'm all ears
