Hi everyone,
My name is Howard Fox. Sorry that I am late with the introduction. It's a pleasure to be a part of the 4XPEDITION family.
I discovered Scott and 4XPEDITION when I moved from Chicago to Las Vegas last July. I was looking for a new car, and a means to spend 1-2 nights out in the desert. I learned two new words, "Overlanding" & "Car Camping". Scott's YouTube videos and the 4XPEDITION were great resources.
I am very interested in Dark Sky Photography and go out to the Mojave National Preserve as much as I can. I also had the pleasure of visiting Capital Reef National Park & Death Valley last year, and am looking forward to more of the same, and also visiting Great Basis, Joshua Tree this year.
I host a podcast, called Success InSight. I had the pleasure of interviewing Scott about his work, Click here to listen to my episode with Scott. I plan to produce a continuing series that is outdoor adventure-focused. I am looking forward to meeting many of you and learning about your outdoor adventures. Perhaps some of you will be guests on the podcast as well.

Hi there Howard! So glad you joined. I am excited to have you be a part of the team. Please consider sometime soon joining one of the local TEAM 4X events. You aren't too far away. I will also try to get something on the books for further north. Maybe a stay at Willow Beach or Red Rock Canyon in Vegas. Welcome aboard!
Hello Howard, What an awesome photograph. I also like your tent setup. Have you been to Tucson for some dark sky photography? Welcome aboard!
@luke-moussa - Hey, Luke. sorry for the delay. Thanks for the compliments. My hope is to do more of both this season. My Dark Sky shooting is getting better. I hope to get to Tucson, as I have friends that live there, and want to do some Dark Sky Shooting as well. Hare you doing any Dark Sky shooting?

@howard-fox wow, nice shot. I have not tried dark sky shooting but you are inspiring me. It seems to me that dark sky photography would/could be a platform to a type of meditative practice. Thanks for sharing - you got skills!
