Middle aged Matt here from Canada, specifically Ontario. I participated in Scouting in my younger days attaining the Canadian equivalent of Eagle Scout which we call Chief Scout Award. One of my favorite and most memorable outdoor adventures was a twelve day hiking trip through Philmont New Mexico with a group of Scouts back in 1995. I've always enjoyed going to our family cottage near Algonquin Park every summer where I do a lot of water activities and hiking. My chosen career is physically exerting so I tend to try to find outdoor opportunities which are a little less strenuous than I would otherwise in my personal time. I have two Subaru Outbacks and found Scott's channel when browsing YouTube for ways I could use them to help me venture out and find new experiences.
