Weather permitting departure Wednesday morning for a three-day trip in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona. This will be my maiden voyage so I’m testing everything out. Departing from Carefree, AZ and following all single track to Fountain Hills, AZ. I think it is likely about 30 miles each way. I will overnight at my sister’s house and on the return will camp overnight in the desert on the east slope of East End Peak in the McDowell Range. The trip is mostly downhill to Fountain Hills from Carefree and all uphill home which is why I’ve put the camp out on the return. If everything goes as planned, a 4XPEDITION Adventurer episode will release Sunday.
This is my TREK 1120 totally loaded up and ready to go. Should be a great trip and a great new episode!
That looks like a pretty good time! I hope you have as few flats as possible, maybe a nice round number like 0
LOL. Ya, zero. The tires are tubeless. So, I have plugs!

hahaahah... I aim to please, Debra! I am really happy with how this one came out. It isn't easy to film and ride fast on single track and I think it really came out great. Thank you for being such a consistent viewer on the channel. I really appreciate that.
