It has a very comfortable memory foam mattress. It has a spring system that allows the tent to go up in a matter of seconds. Comes with a side ladder to enter.

He is also selling his (optional) Yakima roof rack you can use to mount the tent to your vehicle roof.

He is asking $1200 for the tent and an additional $400 for the Yakima Rack. Total $1,600.00 for this setup. But you can buy the tent separate from the rack if you desire.
